Matt leads the business development and marketing efforts for Gilmartin Group. He brings over ten years of Wall Street experience with specific expertise in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Gilmartin, Matt was a Managing Director at LifeSci Advisors focusing on business development as well as building and executing investor relations programs and financing strategies for client companies in healthcare. Previously, Matt spent several years at The Ruth Group. In addition to building and managing investor relations programs broadly there, he specialized in connecting emerging healthcare companies with institutional investors, venture capitalists, sell-side analysts, and the investment banking communities. Prior to The Ruth Group, Matt worked at Brean Capital in various roles including institutional sales, syndicate and corporate access, where he was Head of the Corporate Access desk and participated in several successful healthcare company financings over the course of his tenure.
